I bought an iPhone from moooa.com and I used Western Union to send the money (first mistake: never use Money Transfer to a stranger). However, before sending the money, I asked them to send me the passport of the recipient i.E. The one and only GuoPeng Hu, and yes they did send me the passport copy (I am sure its a fake). After sending the money, they sent me the DHL Tracking Number 1130745903, and never worked on the DHL Site. Upon inquiry why my DHL Tracking Number isn't working, they told me that the Chinese Customs had held the package and needed 40% duty, I asked for the invoice of customs and they sent me a form called Sequestration List of Export Goods telling me that I must pay within 7 days the consigner on the form was Luo Feng. I tried contacting Chinese Customs but failed dismally, I wrote an email to them trying to verify this form but was never replied. I paid the 40% but up to now 4 days have passed they are quiet and never replied my emails or send me a working DHL Tracking Number.
