HORRIBLE practices!

I ordered one item from Nutrovita on June 28th. Was supposed to receive an email regarding shipment the next day... 8 days later I called them and spoke with "Jim". He told me the manufacturer was out and that it was supposed to come in the next day and he'd ship it out then. 6 days later (and no shipment email received) I emailed to have them cancel my order. 2 days later they email back to say it is expected to ship in yet ANOTHER 2 days. STILL no email with shipment info so I called 2 days later and spoke with "Jim" again. I told him to cancel my order and he agreed and reassured me my card would NOT be charged. This morning at 2am I get an email saying that my item has been shipped and now my card is charged. I am LIVID!!! I email back and tell them that this order was to be cancelled. "Daniel" writes back to tell me that they cannot cancel it now because it's been shipped! I have been trying to call them all morning and no answer... Hmmm. SO UPSET! I have NEVER had such terrible service and been lied to so much by one company. It's almost as though they don't really have the product and order it from the manufacturer once an order is placed. TOTALLY irresponsible!!
