I placed an order for TV Box on telephone, because online it would not accept my info. They charged $299, and told me that within 14 days I should get my box. After 21 days, no box, and could not get any one on phone, and email reply after two days. Email respond stated that I wold get my box within 21 days, I wrote to them within 2 hours to cancel my order and credit my card in full.
After two days I get an email stating that my order was shipped the day I sent them cancel request.
I wrote to them that I would refuse shipment and return it to them. Again after 3 days I get an email that I have to return a box prepaid within 7days to get a refund.
Since they are operating out of CYPRESS, BBB cannot touch them, do not answer phone, or customer service response.
