On the 10th of March I ordered several sorts of fabric. After 3 days, just before closing time, I received an email that one of my ordered fabrics was sold out.
3 days? What about the "order will be shipped within 48 hours"...
I had to answer immediately, because the order would be shipped, with no more delay, the next day. I responded to the email the same day, ordering a different kind of fabric. Now, another 3 days later, I haven't got a response to my email nor is the order shipped.in my account the order says "pending". So: no shipment in 6 days, although Fabric.com promises on the website shipment within 48 hours.
I am a little disappointed and will not order again from the same company.
