I saw a TV ad for the Meaningful Beauty line and ordered over the phone. The same day I changed my mind and called back the next morning to cancel. I was told that my order was not in the system yet and to call back in a couple of days.
I called 2 more times on succeeding days and was told the same thing, that my order was not in the system yet and so it could not be cancelled. I was assured that my order would not be shipped yet.
The day after, I saw an email notification that my order had been shipped! I called to protest and was told that they ship the order BEFORE putting it in the computer. I was told that if I returned the shipment I would be reimbursed but it would take 4-6 weeks.
I received the shipment and refused it. Now I am waiting for my refund. I protest that I was denied my right to cancel because the customer service rep I spoke to did not inform me that my order would be shipped BEFORE it was in the system.
