Called them after seeing their web page. I was told they could give me a local number that could be routed to my cell phone. I never could get the phone activated through tdcj. Ben trying for 2 months. I keep getting the run around. Finally today spoke with ann was told to sign upon line with securus under a different name. I told her securus isn"t the proble i have to register the number with tdcj. I filrd a complaint with my bank and the atorney general"s office to be mailed out tomorrow. If other people file a complaint with the attorneygeneral maybe the can be stopped. I don't plan to give up
