My son is in the Porter County Jail. I've twice totaled $143.90 paid to Securus that includes handeling charges for phone services. I haven't recieved my moneys worth. When accepting a call following their directions after pushing number 1 to accept the call, the call was immediately lost, dropped! This is unacceptable! Securus charges $3.95 to accept a call and 89 cents per minute afterwards. Securus will have record of how many calls were made to my phone number and accepted but what good is a call that lasts. 2 seconds. That 2 tenths of a second!!! At $3.95 a call I'm being ripped off. I've tried repeatedly to call and talk to anybody at Securus and only succeeded once and their Rep. Told me it was my fault. What a bunch of CROOKS run Securus. They all should be jailed for their false claims of running a reputable service. Securus runs a RIPOFF.
