I found jail call solutions on 12/19, signed up for a 6 month plan for $99 plus $24.95 activation fee. They called and gave me my number and told me to set up an acct with Securus. I set up the Securus acct and added $50 for the calls. My calls were going to go from $15 to. 80 cents for 30 minutes. My husband was not able to add the number to his phone list until 2/1 and when he tried to call it was out of funds??? How could my $50 be gone if he was never able to make calls to it since being set up? Of course JCS is denying responsibility. I am disputing the charges with my bank. Scam! Scam! Scam! Do not give them your $.
