Just recently ordered the Melt if OFF package advertised on T.V. What a terrible terrible time that was. The phone system is completely automated and you say yes or no if you would like to add all these extras, but even the slightest sound you make or any background noise, i am finding out now that all these extras i apparently said yes to. WHICH I DID NOT! I called immediately afterwards to comfirm what i had just ordered and she told me all i had purchased< the melt it off package, 2 extra dvds, the free gel bal, along with 2 extra gel balls, meal replacement shakes, 2 bottles of essential vitamins, along with RUSH SHIPPING! I asked to cancel and she said that since the order was in process, that i couldnt cancel, but had to wait and receive the order, and keep the items i wanted and then return all the others things. I got my package the very next day, along with a receipt saying i had been charged $258.99!!! I took out the melt if off package with the extra dvd, the bottle of vitamins and the gel ball, all of which were free and come with the order. I called them to cancel the VIP website membership and the auto subscription for the vitamins, and i received a cancellation confirmation number. I now have to pay to send back the other extra items i didnt want in the first place, which is going to cost me an arm and a leg considering i was sent a box of meal replacement shake mix that weighs over 5lbs and the 2 extra gel balls weighing over 10lbs combined. I was told that i will be reimbursed for the shipping on those extra items and for the items themselves, but this is the biggest hassle ever!!!
If you do order this by phone, be very very very quiet and make sure to say NO to everything and once you receive the product, call IMMEDIATLY to cancel the auto membership on the pills and the VIP website membership or you will be charged every month!
I have sent all things back along with a tracking number in case they give me a hard time. And i got the guys employee number whom i spoke with and recorded all information of our conversation. I hope this all works out, i am so sad that i have little money and i thought it would be a quick and easy thing, now i have to deal with this drama. How sad. I hope i get my money back. Good luck.
