We closed the account on Direct TV a month ago because for over three years we havent been able to get local chanels and we were still paying for them. We sent the equipment back and paid our last bill. Since then Direct TV has charged my credit card twice for unbilled charges for which they claim charges keep showing up. I cancelled my card and got a new one. I have heard of many Direct TV former customers that have had the same thing happen to them. What can be done about this matter.
