Ok first of all I was so happy when I got my new tv from my parents for Xmas. But 6 months later, we have a problem, I call Geek squad and the first thing they say sorry for your problem let me transfer you. Ok I fine, but then they get me this guy that asks all my info, and that I received it as a gift from my parents mind you I give them my house and everything number and he never says a thing, then about 10 minutes he tells me my name isn't on the owner receipt, so I said I told you my parents got it for me as a gift, by chance does it say my dad's name, he says ok, ya thats there, they get me a tech to come out the following week, the guy says ok, you need this we need to order it, and will be out next week, well next comes and no tech, so i call in again and I get yet another person, they take all my imfo again, and she says they called my parents number and it was busy so I never got informed they were coming the following week, so that time I wait again and no show again, so I call again and again another wait this time I'm pissed and they them know, they put me on hold for like 20 minutes, after I cool off I get this very nice lady that again told me she was sorry, then she asked me for my phone number she then tells me me it belongs to someone that has been dead for the past 5 years, and I told her that's nice, how come the other two never told me anything about it. I explained who the person was and I couldn't believe it. Well she said she was changing everything for me and it would be fix as far as she tried, but she did tell me to call the day before the guy is do and also the day to make sure they are coming she also told me that with all the crap I have been going through I should be getting a new tv and getting rid of the one they can't seen to get fixed or get a tech to, I was so proud cause I work for a big store also and had only good things to say about the Geek Squad, now I would be very leary to tell anyone to trust them!
