I cancelled my reservation with Booking.com by e-mail. I told them we would not be staying at the Blue Bay Hotel as we would not be travelling to Netanya. They only cancelled my room and not my children's rooms. The Blue Bay hotel ended up charging us $1032. The problem was that Booking.com never read that we would not be staying in Netanya.
