Refused to give me a refund, when they claim they do

I ordered whitening kit from ultra-white some months ago. The kit didn't work so I returned it for a refund.

They claim to have a money back guarantee. I returned my kit within the time frame, but they never gave me a refund.

I contacted them numerous times about it, but got never got any kind of response or a refund. They shouldn't say they give refunds when they DON'T! If I were you, I wouldn't waste your money on them!
