This company contacted our nursery with an offer to send samples of their industry ties. We received 2 packs of plastic ties with 100 in each pack. A bill for $250.50 was mailed (by passing the person who agreed to trying the samples) and was paid by our bookkeeping department. The error came to light when we received a NEW invoice today for another $250.50 (no new samples received)... Upon calling the company number and asking for a full refund, we were told to "do whatever" we had to to collect. Very rude, glib character on the phone! After researching the average price of the ties we found the charge to be between 12.50 and 21.00...
