Chicago Liquidators Sent a substantially different product than advertised

Fraudulent.

I ordered the "twist and stay" ties Lg, SM, and Mini - but only received the Large and Small - instead of mini twist and stay ties you guys sent non twistable cable wraps that are NOT reusable twist and stay ties.

That is not what they advertised, and not what I ordered. I don't need non-reusable cable ties. I need REUSABLE twist ties, like the ad stated.

There is no image on the webpage that shows non-twistable ties, and nothing in the description, which only says "Each tie features a flexible steel alloy core".

In addition, the ad TITLE was "Twist N. Stay Tie Set (2 X Large, 2 Large, & 50 Small)"

It does not state that the "small" are not twist and ties AT ALL.

When I contacted "customer service" they sent me a picture of what they HAD sent me and claimed this is what I had ordered - but they are LYING.
