Scam
The "salesman" Chad H. Offered to send free samples of their new gloves for our company test out. Upon receiving the 12 pairs of gloves, they accompanied the package with a bill in the amount of $216.58 for 12 pairs of gloves plus shipping and handling. We called the billing department to explain the mistake, but when Palace Industries was confronted with the issue they said they do not offers samples. Also when asked for the scamsman's direct line they would not give out that information.
