I transfered a loan to chase for 12 months 0 interest they gave me a 15 month 1.9
and refuse to change it. They claim I should have called to better understand the loan. I read it 4times and read all details.
That tells me they didnt disclose that the check I used wasnt designated any were. So they could bait and switch me.
