I have a home loan with Chase which was recently modified and I would like to recieve a copy of the original loan documents. I know this loan has been transfered from several different lenders. I would like to know if Chase is the holder of the Loan or the servicer. I know this loan came through the mers system and there seems to be fraud involved in these loans. My loan number 5303433725 Chase Mortgage.
