LD Products advertises that they guarantee customer satisfaction. I returned an ink cartidge to them that I had purchased. They not only refused to credit my account, but they kept the ink cartidge as well. So they have my money and my cartridge. This smells of a rip off to me. Their customer service agent was of no help what so ever. The moral is do not buy LD Products, their guarantee is worthless.
