I submitted a loan application to Chase Bank, equity loan for 20,000 the loan person said the interest would be 6% with a two year prepayment penalty but they change and sent me in a loan of 11% and all interest non refundable for a ten year loan. The stimulus money is not being used to help people, this is high way robbery, I don't want it, maybe somebody will check into these type of loan practices.
