Chase Bank
Rip off... I applied for a equity loan against the equity in my property. Loan offer 20,000 11% interest 10yrs no refund of prepaid int. Of 13,000. I have 75%equity in my property

I summited a loan application to chase bank, equity loan for 20,000 the loan person said the interest would be 6% with a two year prepayment penality but they change and sent me in a loan of 11% and all interest non refundable for a ten year loan. The stymulus money is not beeing used to help people, this is high way robbery, i don"t want it, maybe somebody will check into these type of loan pratices.
