Have read all the complaints on MeasuredUp. Had no idea so many people are having the same problem. Loan modification documents refaxed, remailed to the fulfillment center and absolutely no one looks at anything. I sent my initial packet 03 and just found out today that I need to send a new updated packet. I call weekly to check the status and am told "it is in review". WHAT A JOKE! Am willing to join a class action law suit. It's obvious that Chase does not want to work with homeowners in trouble.
