I stupidly have ordered some green envy ghd's from ghdqueens, funny that I now cannot find them on the net. After placing my order my partner checked the net to see if they were dodgy, anyway it seems from this website that they are. I cancelled my order the next day and received an email saying that they would still have to take $10 for time wasted/it was their policy, also their emails were rather rude which rings alarm bells straight away (shame I didn't think they were a scam before I placed the order). Anyway checked my bank today and they have taken the whole amount and not $10 as they said, I have cancelled my bank card so they cannot take any more money, so fingers crossed I get a refund, although I am not holding my breath! Its true what they say if things seem too good to be true they usually are.
