This website is difficult to navigate and led to me placing an order for 2 pairs of jeans. Also it did not reveal delivery date, which was 6 weeks after the order was placed, until AFTER i placed the order. There was no way to review the order.
As soon as I saw that it had double booked my order, and that delivery was 6 weeks away, I sent an email cancelling the order. I followed up with a phone call the next morning (Monday). The phone representative said it was too late because the order was already on the truck. He was rude and indifferent and said it didn't matter that i had cancelled immediately, the order was processed and could not be cancelled.
Terrible rip off.
