I wanted to cancel an order. So I contacted customer service, seeing that the company does have a withdrawal policy. At 2:59am EST on March 3, I received a response saying that the order would be cancelled and there was no problem. At 10:00am EST I checked my bank account to see that payment had gone through. I contacted the company again inquiring and requesting once again that my order be cancelled. At 9:34pm EST I received a message saying that the order could not be cancelled and had already been shipped out from the company warehouse. I don't understand how this could happen as I received no shipment notification and the company's website indicates that they only ship on business days. Even with possible time changes factored in I was dealing with them between a Saturday and Sunday and don't understand when my order could be shipped. I contacted my bank to see if the paymnet could be stopped. I was informed by my bank that the payment had not gone through and could still be cancelled by the company. I'm very concerned and would like the order cancelled, or if possible a refund! I still have all correspondence with the company saved. Please help!
