I had placed my order for a pair of boots on this website. As soon as I had filled in all of my billing and shipping information and hit the continue button, a web-page has expired message popped up. I was not issued a order number nor had i gotten a confirmation e-mail. The company took the money out of my bank account almost instantly. I attempted to contact them by phone by the number the web-site provided was not a working number, so i sent them an e-mail asking for the shipping information about my order. Somebody from the company responded to my e-mail stating that they had never received an order from me. I told them I would like to speak to a customer service rep. Over the phone because they were not answering any of my questions or trying to figure this out over e-mail. After sending a request for a phone number they responded to me saying that there was no phone number because this was an online company only. I returned to their website and they had taken all of the other options to contact besides email off. This website is fake and they have taken my money and I never received anything from them. People like this just mess up online shopping for everybody.
