On 10/24/09 I ordered a pair of ugg boots for my daughter's birthday which is on11/6/09. I immediately rec'd an e-mail confirming my order. The website stated I would receive a tracking # and the tracking website in the e-mail. They also stated "The Courier we use will not deliver the package unless someone signing for it. So Please check the shipping status of your order frequently, and contact your local postoffice of when you are available. If the package has been returned to us due to no one signing for it, uggfactorystore.com will not accept any refund on it. If you still want the returned order, then you are responsible for the resend freight, depending on weight of the commodity." Since there was no tracking information and the package is to be delivered to my post office box, I tried contacting the customer service # listed on the e-mail they sent me. The phone # they listed is a NON WORKING NUMBER!!! I began to get suspicious and the very next day I cancelled my order (10/25/09). I made up the excuse that I just found out I was being laid off from my place of employment to avoid any kind of hassle cancelling my order. For the past 5 days, I have been in contact with this company and they are stalling and making excuses for not refunding my money. They said there is a cancellation fee of 25%. Then they said in order to refund my money, they would need for me to open a 'paypal' account because they could not refund me a partial refund.in their confirmation e-mail to me, it clearly states "If you are not happy with the membership/product/service you have purchased, always contact us and we will refund your transaction". I am not happy with the service as their website has inaccurate information and they have a non working phone number and now they are refusing to refund me the amount of money they have taken from my bank account $83.20. They are a dishonest, fradulent, deceitful, and unethical company.
