I ordered a perscription from phentermine.com. I ordered and paid for 60 pills, and I only received 30pills in the mail. Shortly after this, the company (phentermine.com) switched online pharmacies. I was unable to contact the pharmacy or customer service that filled my order; the phone number provided was a dead number.
I contacted a modertaor through the phentermine.com website. At first they seemed helpful, responding to my claim promptly. Then I would receive the same e-mail again and again asking of I had taken care of the problem myself. After over a week of e-mails I had recieved no actuall information, I was just told my complaint was being reviewed.
Then I was banned from entering the phentermine.com website. This website was the only method of contacting the moderators. This website also contained all proof of my correspondance with the moderators.
My accurate order was not delivered. While I was in contact with a moderator to dispute my claim, I was banned from the website and unable to maintain contact.
Others have had similar problems with this website. DO NOT order from this site.
