I told them that Microsoft Outlook on my computer would not work. They made several attempts and valid attempts to solve the problem over several days but in the end they did not fix the problem. I told them I was satisfied with the attempts to fix it, and gave them a sold rating but that is where I left it and soon my credit card is charged the $38.00
