I thought I had contacted Microsoft Technical Support. I needed help downloading Outlook which I had purchased on line. I Googled Microsoft Technical Support and there were several numbers listed as Microsoft Technical Support. Unfortunately the number I picked turned out to be ITechline and they insisted that they were a Microsoft company. I told them I needed help downloading Microsft Outlook 2013. They asked for permission to take control of my computer so that they could work directly on the problem. All of a sudden I am being told that my hard drive is being set up for an hacker to steal valuable information from me and I need to clean my hard drive immediately. They wold install Outlook 2013 and clean and protect my hard drive for $199.00 They actually did neither. I contacted the real Microsoft Technical Support people on 5/13 and they made ma aware of the fact that I had been dealing with a fraudulent Microsoft company. I have notified my credit card company for the fraudulent charges on my card.
