Dear Microsoft, on 28.12.2012 I was contacted by RegNow our upgrading our Microsoft Program we purchased a Product named Diamond (43048) for USD 299.98 and have had nothing but problems ever since we tried to contact [email protected] about our Order ID 3AFUCTA-B5ZS8 (KMM4854550l11273LOKM) with no response then we were told to contact hitechpcprotection.com or vendor support [email protected] which we only managed to get once and the problem was never fixed properly after numerous attempts I still have a computer that does not work properly and now am forced to go out an buy another one because I cannot get answers from anyone about the product that was placed onto my computer all I can say is that I wasted my money buying this product and that the people who sell your products should be ashamed of themselves. If I could get this crap off my computer I would but no one is responding to my many emails.
