Contacted JustAnswer to ask for help regarding my external hard drive. (I could not unlock - my password was not effective/valid)
My first Tech contact was Frederick who told me up front that if JustAnswer could not resolve my problem my payment would be refunded. After several different atttempts by several different Techs including those deemed "Gurus" over 2- hours, no further messages followed and my problem was not resolved.
I have been unable these past 2- days to contact JustAnswer without any results. Please Help!
