I enquired online about making a loan within 10 mins sge rang me offering me a loan i advised them i had changed my mind and didnt want to go ahead they were very persistant and insisted on transfering me through to somebody else but i just hung upthey rang back i advised again that i didnt want to go ahead and just hung up thinking nothing more of it, it wasnt until the about 2 weeks later that they took 79.99 from my account and when i rang them they advised me it was an admin fee i advised them that i wanted a refund which they advised me that i need to email them to cancel and even then they we not certain i was entitled to a refund. I have emailed them but also contact consumer direct who advised me that they have acted unlawfully as they are supposed to write to you before taking any money from your account and their details have been forward to the office of fair trading, i have also managed to get all my money refunded through my bank by doing a reverse charge.
