68.00 was taken from my bank account on the above datewhich I dido not authorise I was only enquiring about a loan whcih I didi not get This has put me overdrawn at my bank and they have advised me to write to you to request refund as I have had no loan. If this is not refunded by close of business I have been advised to contact ofcom regulations
