After searching online for a loan, One2oneloans contacted me by phone offering me a loan for £3500, they had all my details and knew the amount i wanted. The loan was reasonable, affordable monthly repayments and total repayment, i decided to go ahead. They advised me that all i had to do was pay my first monthly payment of £80 in advance.By a ukash voucher as they requested i paid the £80. As advised a manager called me back within an hour to take my account details to transfere the loan, which i was told from the beginning would only take two hours. I didnt recieve my loan. After several emails, phone calls to them, i recieved a call the following day they tried to push me into paying another £250 for taxes which they claimed would be refunded on top of my loan. This second advance payment was never mentioned from the off and they had already dishonoured their original verbal agreement so i refused to pay. This company made the process sound so simply, as a single mother on income support i am upset and angry they coned me out of money. Never give money upfront!
