Several months ago I purchased A crystal eagle made and packed by Swarovski.
The eagle came damaged, so it was reported to UPS. A rep. Came out took photos and told me that it was packed perfectly.
Since then UPS customer service will not talk to me.
UPS insurance informed the sender that it wasn't packed properly and they weren't going to pay. The sender then appealed and then they said they needed photos that they claimed they never got,
that was a month ago.
The eagle is valued at over $4000 and I'm left holding the bag.
