Ordered a pair of shoes, but got suspicious when the web site disappeared. Tried to contact the merchant to no avail. Disputed the transaction with PayPal. PayPal contacted the merchant. The merchant provided a tracking number for the shipment. PayPal closed the claim in favor of the merchant. I've received the package containing a small black bag. Launched a complaint with PayPal again.
