I ordered a pair of golf shoes, which never came. I tried and tried to contact the seller, to no avail. Thank Heavens I paid through PayPal. I opened a claim and when PayPal contacted the seller, the seller provided a tracking number and so the claim was closed/resolved.
I started looking and found out this company, in China, has a lot of complaints. And so, I called PayPay. Guess what? Well, I happened to have rec'd a pair of garbage bag holders about a month ago, and for whatever reason, I saved the padded envelope. And, it just happened to have the same tracking number given to PayPal. Claim reopened and it looks like I will get my $ back and hopefully, these nasty people will get booted from PayPal.
