I ordered shoes from womanshasionstores.com (the fraudulent Chinese merchant, Dangdang Zeng) who is using Paypal to rip people off. To this day I have never received my order. I then put in a claim to Paypal. The merchant gave Paypal a confirmation package tracking number to try and persuade them that they had indeed sent my order. This merchant in question had the audacity to send me a package containing a cheap chinese silk trinket bag!?? SO, I then changed my claim with Paypal to a "wrong item received" claim that is STILL pending! If Paypal is still letting these crooks operate they are just as much to blame! Whether or not I receive my money back, I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN for any purchase!: (
