Went into FD #8058 Cincinnati Ohio on June 19. The coupon i was using was for 75cents off a pack of tic tacs, FD's tic tacs are exactly 75 cents. The clerk told me that i couldnt use the coupon because it was for a free item. He said that i had to buy a pack & then I could get a free pack. I told him that he needed to read the policy which states they do not accept coupons for free items. This was not a coupon for a free item but for 75 cents off an item, nor was it a b1/g1 free coupon which is what he was trying to do. The other cashier tried to explain that to him also, but his response was "no, becasue its free". I emailed corporate that same day as soon as I got home. I have not received a reply yet. I called corporate on 6/28 and was told i should receive my response sometime later in that week. I called again on 7/1 and talk to a customer service rep who took my information and said someone would call me back in 72 hrs, becasue thats their policy. I explained to her that I filed a complaint over email on 6/19 and hadnt heard back from that yet. She then asked me questions about that complaint and said she would look into it & call me right back. Well as of 7/7 I still have not had this complaint resolved. The policy also states that if the coupon is more then the value of the item, that no change will be given. So i dont understand the problem.
