Samsung Canada does not know what product is available and where. I asked customer service if they had a list of retailers for a washer and dryer listed on their Cdn website. They had none. No retailer know about the product. I tried to order an older model from the distributor, retail store, Tasco, and they have been unable after 5 weeks to find a match-dryer to washer. Totally bush league. Samsung useless. They care nothing about their Cdn major appliance base, and retailers only care to sell you what they might have left over in stock from Samsung.
