A sales rep called and implied he was working for AT&T and they were going to reduce my monthly charges for phone service.in reality this became an additional charge on my bill not related to AT&T at all. To date they have billed me $42.44 and I do not know how to eliminate these charges from my bill. I talked to an AT&T sales rep and they acted like they had no idea how to deal with this situation. How do I get this monkey off my back? How do they get paid if my payment is going to AT&T? Help!!! Have gotten so that I do not want to talk to even legitimate sales reps for any company.
