Took unauthorized funds out of my account for books I never ordered or received. When I called to find out what was going on I was told I was being charged for books because I didn't send back a form that I never received stating I didn't want the books I didn't order. Now I have to wait 3 more weeks to received a refund for the books I didn't even get.
