I am quite satisfied with product but
didn't need to have the books any longer. I spoke with customer service and sent and e-mail
in january to the regard to cancell my
subscription. Yes i am still receiving books and being charged. Dont want any more and would like to be re-imbursed for books i have received that i didn't want.
