I have been a member of this book club for a long time. I received 2 shipments of books last week, and I had emailed the company and asked them to cancel one of the orders because the two orders had the same book, and I did not order the same book twice. I got no response from them, and they had time to delete one order since it was back ordered. They didn't do this. I have also received duplicate books a few times in the past. Now they offer a $10 cash back from each order, and there is no way to get it. I read many of the complaints about this money back and no one has been able to get it.
