I took my car to Firestone two months ago for a problem. They replaced my throttle body and quoted me a price for a MAS $400. I took my car back to the same Firestone 1 month later because of the gas milage and the car idling high. They did a diagnostic and quoted me another price of $700 for the same thing they quoted me $400 for a month before. What is this, charge what ever you decide on any even day? That is why consumers don't trust Firestone. When I questioned the pricing he says they went up that much in 1 month. Then he calls be back and tells me he found the part cheaper and can save me money. I don't think so... I will spend my money elsewhere. No trust in firestone's pricing!!!
