I took my car to firestone for an oil change. I thought everything was fine until I took my car to a mechanic to fix an unrelated issue with my muffler. The mechanic told me that the employees at firestone neglected to tighten the cap after changing the oil and about a gallon of oil leaked out of my car while I was driving it. Thank god this was the same day otherwise my car would have broken down on the road and led to serious injury or worse. Never going to firestone again!
