I ordered an advertised product from Procera - for memory loss or enhancement. I paid by debit card, approximately $150.00. At the time I was visiting in CA, and expected it would arrive before I departed on Sep 17, as it was to be shipped from southern CA.
It did not arrive, and has never arrived at my relative's address. I had put in a change of address at the local CA post office, forwarding mail to my home address in Idaho. The product has never arrived here, either.
I tried to email the company at info@brainresearchlab, or the address given in Procera website, and it is not a valid email address.
