I did give the company a chance, and contacted Procera's Customer Service Department at 800-213-4101. The representative I spoke with explained the delay, and I received my refund soon after.
Thankfully the company has a 90 day guarantee, can be reached by phone or email, and was willing to work with me. The current rating on the better business bureau website is a B. Give Procera a call – you might be surprised if you give them a chance to help you.
