I saw an infomercial for Brain Researach Labs Procera AVH which is a product that promised to improve brain power, memory, mental clarity and mood. It sounded like a product that would help with improving my memory and assist with the stressors of daily life. I ordered one time giving very clear instructions that I DID NOT WANT to be on the auto ship program. I told the sales person that IF I liked the product, I would call to re-order and declined to auto ship program. Well... You guessed it, I just came home and discovered a package from Brain Research Labs and a debit from my account in excess of $144.00. I called the customer service number 866-232-1847 and explained to the representative that I did not want the auto ship and did not want the product. I was told that my original invoice provided me with the 'next ship' date and I should have notified Brain Labs at that time that I did not want to be on auto ship. I explained again that when I made the first purchase I DECLINED the auto ship offer. Well, the call center rep and I went around and around about this and I asked to speak to a manager-same story-same reply from the manager. So I ended up calling my bank to dispute the charges, and now I am sending this junk product back to Brain Labs LLC. It is sad that a company such as this can put you on an autoship without your consent-and you, the consumer ends up being tasked with returning the product, taking time from your day to do so when you did not ask for the product to be shipped a second time. Did the product work? No it did not-gave me massive headaches. Don't be fooled by the infomercial or their website.
