I ordered a pair of boots and a jacket from Casual Living. Received an email saying that my package was shipped on 9/26. Tracked the package through UPS and it first had a ship dateof 9/26 and a Delivery date of Monday 10/3.
I never receieved the package. Checked the Tracking number on the package and now I get a message that A UPS Shipping label has been created and it will ship
when package has been received. Called UPS and they said they never received a package to ship. No package and I am out of $70. Because the company has closed with out any warning. I called all phone number associated with the company and can't get anybody..
